BASIC HOW 2 GUIDE FOR THIS SITE

Ok… Other then this site working like your typical WordPress Blog. With Buddypress, groups and forums are included. When you sign in via Facebook or standard email these features will work. First thing you need to do is pick a “group“/task you want to be in by clicking “Groups” tab at the top. Each “group” has it’s own “forum“. Depending on whether the “group” is “private” or “public” depends if anyone other then that “group” can see the “forum” messages. For example, let’s say you are a Lawyer. Choose “legal group” and wait for your request to be accepted, since it is a private “group“. Once excepted only you and other “legal group” members will see the posts in the corresponding “forum“.  Then you can relay your information to other “groups” via email or private message here or make a general announcement in a public “forum“.  Hell you can even make a new group hidden so unless you invite them it’s non-existent.  Options are limitless…

Added features include subscription emails on a weekly, daily, ect. delivery option to whatever “group” your in and whatever email address you used to sign up with. If you signed up thru facebook you won’t be getting an email unless you add it to your profile.

Activities tab just lets you quickly see what’s happening in all the public areas.
