Following the below listed acts-of-war against the Citizen’s OF The United States 

On 12-13-11
The Obama administration has ordered and made law;
(1) Indefinite Military imprisonment and murder of all potentially “suspects” American Citizens. Without reason and without a trial.

A… We the people consider this a treason attack on our Bill of Rights!!

B… Murder of, the 6th amendment right to fair trial.

C… Serious violation of our 10th amendment!
(Powers not granted to the United States were reserved to the States or to the people. Examples: The states determine the rules for marriages, divorces, driving licenses, voting, state taxes, job and school requirements, rules for police and fire departments, and many more. AND DUE PROCCESSES LIKE FAIR TRIAL.}

D… Serious breaches of our 14th amendment.
No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, “”WITHOUT DUE PROCESS OF LAW; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

E… Attempted murder of our 1st amendment freedoms of speech and right to gather in peaceful protest.

We the people have launched a National day of action against NDAA.
TITLE: Occupy Congress Against the NDAA
BEGAN ON: On Friday, February 3rd 2011
TIME: Noon to 7pm
&lt;b&gt;CONTINUING&lt;/b&gt;: Every Friday thereafter same time until resolution is reached.
All knowledgably Citizens are to report to their local congressman’s offices and occupy it.

&lt;b&gt;RESOLUTION SOUGHT:&lt;/b&gt;
As every occupation should have clearly defined set of goals for cessation of Civil Occupation; 
I submit the below as, full resolution of this particular Civil Action.

(1) Full revocation of the clause that includes American citizens without a trial.

More specifically:
&lt;b&gt;(2) APPROVE: HR 3785&lt;/b&gt;
(Resolution submitted by Congressman Ron Paul to revoke that clause.)

(3) FULL REINSTATEMENT OF OUR 6TH AMENDMENT RIGHT TO FAIR TRIAL!~!

(4) REPEL: HR 3166 Enemy Expatriation Act
(In Congress today. This bill when combined with NDAA indefinite imprisonment of suspect citizens WITHOUT REASON AND WITHOUT TRIAL.
Will allow the Military to strip all “suspects” of their Citizenship and deport CITIZENS to foreign prisons without reason and trial also.)

(5) REPEL HR 154O National Defense Authorization Act (The Patriot Act)
In general.

(6) Do your job as a Congressman to “Protect Our Bill of rights first most!”

(7) Increase protection for our bill of rights.

Will end this Civil Action against Congress……..


Having officially declared Civil Action as stated above in Camden County New Jersey.

We are seeking the assistance of our brothers and sisters in Philadelphia.

Unlike the city of brotherly love…
Camden County, New Jersey is not acclimated to civil protests.

During my experience at Occupy Congress NJ Broad St. and Cooper St. Woodbury NJ over the last 2 weeks.

It seems, like the people of Camden County NJ are afraid to occupy and need some encouragement from our brothers and sisters from the City of brotherly love Philadelphia PA.

We the people of Occupy Congress NJ are seeking your help.
I feel we need our big brothers and sisters of Philly to attend and help South Jersey get organized and going. Please.

		<description>Well, it looks very likely that I will lose my house. I’ve been through Naca, even called Jamie Dimon’s office. I’ve been paying steady, but its those months that I was out of work that are killing me. It seems the only way to save the house, is to come up with 12,000 dollars or 24,000 dollars. Chase does not want to work with me at all! Believe me, I am trying everything in my power, saving every dime, going to any &amp; all lengths to try to save my home. (But) so far, no lucky, only heavy worry. Anyone out there got any ideas? Please help! I’m desperate!! I can be reached at 215 495 3316.</description>

Occupy Philly is moving forward into the positive direction many desire. We&#039;re cleaning our city literally, this Saturday the 3rd we are going to meet up at Thomas Paine 9:00am to get shuttled to 27th and Sterner to Clean The City with Philly Rising!!!

All artist from the Art welcoming group are encourage to participate in painting a mural with Jane Goldman with the mural arts program during the cleanup!!! We welcome you all back to a new positive environment of actually making this city and world a better place.

Join Occupy Philly &amp; The Reasonable Solutions Committee this Saturday, December 2nd from 12p-5p for a day of celebration as we launch the newly formed &quot;Free Speech Demonstration Space&quot; at Thomas Paine Plaza. Join the 99% movement for economic justice and community development and get involved!!!

Occupy Philly has grown. In just over a month &amp; a half, we have grown beyond a singular expression of protest. We have evolved into a pure expression of the 99% movement. An inclusive platform for social justice and community development aimed to include all who are willing to work for the changes they want to see take shape.

We are a community and a family. We are all leaders standing shoulder to shoulder as a wall in opposition to the greed which has marginalized the American populace. Regardless of this crisis, we remain optimistic and energetic. We are determined and committed. We are united. The sentiment of our discontent binds us to a duty, and we are driven to achieve our goals. FOCUSED!

Occupy Philly &amp; Reasonable Solutions Committee are committed to progress through Logic, Reason, &amp; Common Sense. I want to pass on important findings I&#039;ve made. On 11-11-11 a video came out on the net for free at U-Tube called &quot;THRIVE&quot; by Foster Gamble of the Proctor and Gamble Family,  he&#039;s probably a Billionaire who knows... Anyway he produced for he says 8 Million Dollars the film and was giving it away on U-Tube but it was taken down and suppressed, but I seen it 2 times and have studied his info. It&#039;s correct at least about the suppression of free energy devices and not a hoax.

Lobbying should be outlawed.  It also does not address directly the economic disparities caused by the fact that the rich and corporations do not pay their fair share of the taxes.</description>

		<description>I love #1.  Personal and collective responsibility must be a foundation of our recovery.  I&#039;m a little unsure of #2.  I realize that the banks acted in a predatory manner in lending money, however many borrowers share the blame for their being &quot;underwater&quot; because they took on more debt than a reasonable person should have.  It seems that #1 is, to some extent, in conflict with #2.  I also don&#039;t think it makes sense to ask a bank that needed the TARP, to then increase the financial hole they&#039;re in by writing off the difference in property value of the mortgages they hold.  Should we then go after the sellers who sold the house for more than it was worth?  We were all responsible for the bubble.  Responsibility for fixing it belongs to all of us, not just the banks.  I&#039;m open to listening to someone who understands the issue better than me.  I don&#039;t understand #4 at all.  I approve of all other resolutions.</description>

If I could change the world everyone would be at peace, I would make peace, it would all begin with me. I would stop wars far and near, save lives from drugs,
that&#039;s a war we can&#039;t bear, children losing their lives, can&#039;t play on the streets.
If I could change the world, no tears would flow from your eyes, there would be happiness all around and peace of mind, there would be food for the hungry and
roofs over their heads, different countries would stop and say, let&#039;s stop fighting and be at peace, let&#039;s try to hold hands and help our fellow man, we don&#039;t want to face God with blood on our hands. If I could change the world, no bad words would be said, there would be love for one another and extending our hands.
